Filters

Filter Holding Frames are used in filter banks to house primary and/or secondary filters.

These frames are constructed from 1.2mm galvanised sheet steel with four die-punched holes on each side to allow for easy installation. Stainless steel is also available on special request.

The holding frames also come complete with two filter holding clips and gasketing.

The media pads in a support frame are for general use in HVAC systems or Air Handling Units. They provide an alternative to the pleated filters.

These primary lightweight panel filters are available as washable or disposable types when using media F711 or A30 4/20. When using the media F702, the filters are disposable only.

These filters comprise of high quality synthetic/glass media, which is housed in either an aluminium, galvanised or cardboard channel frame.

The synthetic bag filters can be used as secondary filters or where medium to high efficient filtration is required.

The bag filters have low initial resistance with high efficiency and dust holding capacity. They also have excellent performance in high moisture conditions.

The bag filters are constructed from synthetic media formed into filter pockets sealed into a 25mm galvanised header section, while each pocket is high-frequency welded or sealed space-stitched to ensure seams are leak free.

The washable pleated filters are designed for general use in ventilation and air conditioning systems or areas where there is a high dust content.

Made from nonwoven needle punched synthetic media and fixed within a galvanised channel frame with urethane, ensuring no air bypass, this filter conforms to SABS 1428-1987. A test certificate is available on request.

The media is self-supporting or wire-supported depending on customers requirement/preference. The wire-supported filter media is sandwiched between two layers of expanded wire mesh, thus increasing the filters rigidity.
