Quality Management System

TROX (SA)(Pty) Ltd. at the Pietermaritzburg manufacturing facility maintains a robust Quality Management System that supports consistent manufacturing excellence across all our operations.

Through documented procedures, strict process controls, comprehensive quality inspections, employee training and a culture of continuous improvement driven by TROX Production System (TPS) principles, [TROX GROUP International], we ensure our products consistently meet customer requirements and quality expectations.

The SABS also conduct quarterly audits to check compliance of our Fire Dampers, which bear the SABS mark in accordance with SABS193-1972. BS and DIN standards also apply to various products manufactured at TROX Pietermaritzburg – refer to our Klima 1 and Klima 2 catalogues.

Internal Audits are continually carried out to ensure the TROX Quality Management System is maintained, suitable and effective.
